NOTE: To move funds from one strategy to another, you first need to either stop copying or remove a portion of funds from a strategy you are already in. You can then allocate those funds to a new copy strategy.
Step 1 - Click the 3 dots to the right of your current strategy under the ‘Copy’ tab.
Alternatively, you have the option to Stop Copying and Remove funds by clicking the dropdown menu next to the ‘Add Funds’ button on the right.
Step 2 - If you would like to remove all funds from one strategy to allocate to the new strategy, click ‘Stop Copying’.
NOTE: When you stop copying a strategy it will close out all open trades and realise any open profits or losses of those open trades. If you have trades that are currently in a loss, you can wait until there are no open trades or only a small amount of open losses.
Step 3 - Click ‘Stop Copying’
Step 4 - To remove partial funds from your current strategy to allocate to a new strategy, instead of clicking ‘Stop Copying’ select ‘Remove Funds’.
Step 5 - In the ‘Remove Funds’ pop up box, you can see the funds that are ‘Available to Remove’ from the strategy.
Step 6 - Type in the amount you would like to remove in the ‘Amount’ box
Step 7 - To remove the maximum available balance, click the up arrow next to the amount box
Step 8 - Click ‘Remove Funds’. The funds will be allocated back to your cTrader live account.
Step 9 - To view all the available strategies, click the ‘Back’ button at the top of the page.
Step 10 - From the Strategies tab you can view all the available strategies to be copied. You can view the minimum investment needed next to ‘Min Investment’ shown in red below.
Step 11 - Click ‘Start Copying’ on the strategy you would like to copy.
Step 12 - To add all available funds, click the up arrow. To add a different amount, click in the ‘Amount’ box and add the investment amount you would like to add to the strategy.
Step 13 - Click on the ‘Start Copying’ button to copy the strategy.
