How to Withdraw Funds from Olympus Capital

NOTE: Funds can be withdrawn once they have been transferred out of trading.

Level 1 Verification allows for a USD$10,000 daily withdrawal limit and $35,000 monthly withdrawal limit.

To increase your withdrawal limit, select your ‘Profile’ icon in the top right, click ‘Verification’, then click the ‘Upgrade’ button. For more in depth instructions, view the ‘How to complete Verification’ tutorial.

Step 1 - Click the ‘Funds’ tab

Step 2 - Next, click ‘Withdraw’

Step 3 - Click the ‘To’ Currency down arrow to select your currency.

Step 4 - Select your preferred withdrawal currency.

Step 5 - Select your ‘Payment method’. This is the network of your crypto withdrawal.

Step 6 - Enter the amount you would like to withdraw in the ‘To Pay’ box, or select 100% to withdraw the full amount.

Step 7 - Paste in your crypto wallet address.

Step 8 - To leave a comment, enter it in the ‘Comment’ box.

Step 9 - To re-use these withdrawal wallet details, select the ‘Save Preset’ button, and enter a display name for the wallet presets.

Step 10 - Click ‘Send Request’.

Step 11 - Confirm your withdrawal details below.

Step 12 - You are required to add in the verification pin sent via email.

Step 13 - Copy or write down your verification pin from your email.

NOTE: The AntiPhishing Code which you will see if you have created one previously.

Step 14 - Enter your email verification pin and hit ‘Continue’.

Step 15 - From the Dashboard, you will be able to view your latest transactions.

Step 16 - To view your complete Transaction history, including your crypto transaction ID, click on the ‘Transaction History’ tab.

Step 17 - Select the ‘Withdrawals' tab at the top (you can view your other transaction types such as deposits, transfer and internal transfers by selecting those).

Step 18 - You can search transactions by Currency if you wish.

Step 19 - You can also search by transaction ‘Status’ by clicking on the dropdown menu.

Step 20 - To view / copy the crypto transaction ID, click the down arrow beside the transaction you are looking for.

Step 21 - View / copy your crypto transaction ID as shown below.

Step 22 - All the transaction details can be viewed below including the transaction account, currency, amount, method, date/time and transaction status.

Withdrawals are usually processed the same day, Monday through Friday. If you have any issues with your withdrawal, submit a support ticket by clicking on the ‘Support’ tab in the left hand side menu.
