Withdrawal Presets and Logout

The ‘Withdrawal Presets’ tab reveals any saved crypto withdrawal addresses you have sent funds to.

Step 1 - To view, click the Withdrawal Presets tab under your initials in the top corner.

Step 2 - If you don’t have any saved withdrawal presets, first make a withdrawal. Click on the ‘Go to Withdraw’ button.

Step 3 - In the Withdraw tab, click the ‘To’ Currency down arrow to select your currency.

Step 4 - Select your preferred withdrawal currency.

Step 5 - Select your ‘Payment method’. This is the network of your crypto withdrawal.

Step 6 - Type in the amount you would like to withdraw in the ‘To Pay’ box, or select 100% to withdraw the full amount.

Step 7 - Paste your crypto wallet address.

Step 8 - If you would like to leave a comment, add it in the ‘Comment’ box.

Step 9 - Select ‘Save Preset’ button, and enter a display Name for this wallet address.

Step 10 - Click ‘Send Request’ to make your withdrawal.

Step 11 - Confirm your withdrawal details below.

Step 12 - You are required to add in the verification code sent via email.

Step 13 - Copy or write down your verification pin from your email.

NOTE: The AntiPhishing Code if you have created one previously.

Step 14 - Add in your email verification code and hit ‘Continue’.

Step 15 - You will be able to view this saved address in ‘Withdrawal Presets’.

Step 16 - View the Withdrawal Presets.

Step 17 - To use the saved presets for your next withdrawal, in the Withdrawal tab, click the ‘Presets’ button on the right.

Step 18 - The currency, payment method and wallet address presets will be added.

Step 19 - Click 100% or add in the withdrawal amount in the ‘To pay’ box.

Step 20 - Click the ‘Send Request’ button.

Step 21 - To logout of your account, click the ‘Logout’ tab at the bottom of the menu options.
