Create a Support Ticket

Step 1 - Click on the ‘Support’ tab
Step 2 - Click on the ‘CreateTicket’ button
Step 3 - Fill in the ‘Custom Fields’ and ‘Subject Fields’. Next describe your issue / question in the text boxes.
Step 4 - A template example is provided below.
Step 5 - Upload a screenshot (recommended) of your issue into the ‘Attachment’ section.
Step 6 - See an example below.
Step 7 - Click on ‘Submit’ button
Step 8 - You can view your support ticket and response in the support tab once submitted.
