How to Setup Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Step 1 - Go to your phone’s App Store or Google Play Store and search for ‘Google Authenticator’

Step 2 - Download the Google Authenticator app as displayed below with the coloured star icon.

Step 3 - Once the Google Authenticator app has been downloaded, click on your initials in the top right corner of the Olympus website.

Step 4 - Click on Security

Step 5 - Toggle the Google Authenticator switch on the right

Step 6 - Click on the ‘Continue’ button

Step 7 - Open your Google Authenticator, click on the ‘+’ icon within the app and scan the QR code for Olympus.

Step 8 - Enter the Olympus 6 digit code from your Google Authenticator app.

Step 9 - Click ‘Confirm’.

Step 10 - The Two-Factor Authentication Security Feature is now activated.

Next time you login to Olympus, you will need your Olympus Two-Factor Authenticator code as an added security measure.
