Archive a cTrader Live Account

How to Archive a cTrader Live Account

Follow the instructions below if you have created an additional live account in error.

Step 1 - Click on ‘cTrader’

Step 2 - Click on the ‘cTrader Live’ account at the top that you would like to archive

Step 3 - Click on ‘Settings’.

Step 4 - Click on ‘Archive’.

Step 5 - If you have funds in your wallet you will need to click the dropdown menu.

Step 6 - Select your USD wallet from the dropdown menu to transfer the remaining funds back to your eWallet.

Step 7 - Click on Archive.

Note: THIS IS AN IRREVERSIBLE ACTION.

Step 8 - Your cTrader account is permanently archived.
