Olympus Capital Website Overview

This tutorial will give you a brief overview of the Olympus Capital website including where to find specific items. We have further in depth tutorials going into more detail in the Knowledge Base.

Step 1 - When you log in to your Olympus Capital account (https://my.olympuscapital.org) you will land on the Dashboard.

Step 2 - Access the Knowledge Base in the top banner by clicking the Click Here button.

Step 3 - You can get a quick snapshot of your eWallet balance from your Dashboard.

Step 4 - In the top right corner we have a number of icons. The first icon gives you the opportunity to change the site from dark to light background.

Step 5 - Next is the language icon where you can select your preferred language.

Step 6 - The bell icon takes you to your Notifications section.

Step 7 - In the top right corner, by clicking on your initials you will open up a number of options.

Step 8 - Click on the Profile info option to make edits to your profile.

Step 9 - Within your Profile info page you can edit your avatar by clicking edit under your initials in the top right corner. You can also edit your Nickname. There is an option to edit your Communication Language.

Step 10 - Click on Verification to verify your account by uploading your ID documentation by clicking Upgrade.

Step 11 - Visit the Security tab to create Two-Factor Authentication and further security measures for your account.

Step 12 - Your saved Withdrawal details can be viewed from the Withdrawal Presets tab.

Step 13 - To sign out of your account you can click on the Logout tab.

Step 14 - Click on the Add Widget button to customise your Dashboard.

Step 15 - You can add the available widgets by selecting them from the side panel. Click ‘Done’ once completed.

Step 16 - The ‘Balances’ tab is where you can view your wallet balance.

Step 17 - On the ‘cTrader’ tab you can create a live account as well as view and transfer funds into your live cTrader account.

Step 18 - You can also access the cTrader platform by clicking on the ‘cTrader Clients’ link, then selecting ‘Web’ from the pop up box.

Step 19 - Clicking on the Funds tab will open up the options to Deposit, Transfer, Withdraw and to do an Internal Transfer.

Step 20 - From the ‘Transaction History’ tab you can view all of your transactions including Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers and Internal Transfers.

Step 21 - The ‘Support Tab’ is where you can create a Support Ticket and view your support response.
