How to Perform an Internal Transfer

NOTE: An Internal Transfer is the transfer of funds to another account within Olympus Capital.

Step 1 - To perform an Internal Transfer, click on the ‘Funds’ tab.

Step 2 - Select ‘Internal Transfer’

Step 3 - Enter the Recipient’s Olympus Capital Client ID.

Step 4 - The Recipient’s Client ID is situated in their ‘Profile Info”.

Step 5 - It is located next to ID in the Account section on their ‘Profile Info’ page.

Step 6 - Enter their ‘Account ID’.

Step 7 - Enter the Recipient’s Wallet ID. Located in their Balances tab.

Step 8 - Next enter withdrawal amount or click 100% to transfer your whole balance.

Step 9 - Click ‘Withdraw’

Step 10 - Select ‘Confirm’ once you have checked the details are correct.

Step 11 - To view the status of the transfer click on the ‘Transaction History’ tab.
