Verification

How to Complete Verification

Step 1 - To complete your ID verification, click your initials in the top right corner

Step 2 - Click on ‘Verification’

Step 3 - Click on the 'Upgrade' button

Step 4 - Select your country

Step 5 - Select your ID document

Step 6 - Choose to either remain on your device or continue via your phone (Go to Step 12 if you prefer to take a photo of your ID via your phone).

To upload from your computer click the NEXT button as shown.

Step 7 - You can use your computer camera to take a picture of your ID document. Alternatively, if you have your ID image saved on your device, select ‘Upload Manually’.

Step 8 - If you select the “Upload manually” option, upload the front of your document from your computer.

Step 9 - Next, upload the back of your document

Step 10 - Once the front and back of your ID have been uploaded, click Next

Step 11 - The next step is to perform the liveness check by clicking the button as shown below. When prompted, rotate your head in a clockwise direction until all the green ticks are confirmed.

Step 12 - If you would prefer to upload your ID documents via the camera on your phone, select the ‘Continue on phone’ option.

Step 13 - Scan the QR code with your phone camera.

Step 14 - Next, select Continue to allow camera access

Step 15 - Take a picture of the front, then back of your ID document, making sure all corners are visible and the images are clear and readable.

Step 17 - Once your ID documents have been uploaded, you will need to complete a liveness check. Click continue. Once your face is visible, rotate your head in a clockwise direction until all the green ticks have completed the circle as displayed below. Once done, click Continue.

Once the ID has been uploaded you will get a confirmation email from Olympus that your ID has either been verified or denied. Once your ID is verified you are able to deposit funds into your broker account.

If your ID is denied, read the reason in the email and try again. If you uploaded manually and it was denied, try uploading via your phone.

If you require further assistance, please submit a support ticket as shown below.

Fill in the fields and manually attach your ID images by clicking the browse link shown below or drag and drop them from your computer.

Here is an example support ticket. You can use this as a template. Make sure you fill in all fields and upload your ID images. When completed, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom.

Olympus Support endeavours to respond to support requests within 24 hours.

Make sure that when you upload or take a picture of your ID, all corners are visible and the information is clear.

NOTE: This is the first level of account verification and will permit a daily withdrawal maximum of USD$10,000 and a maximum of USD$35,000 monthly.

Step 18 - To increase your withdrawal limit, go to your initials or profile icon in the top right, click verification, then click the ‘Upgrade’ button.

Step 19 - Upload a ‘Proof of residence’ document. You can view the accepted document types as well as the documents not accepted in the section at the top. You have the option as before of uploading from your computer or taking a picture with your phone.

Step 20 - Once your document has been uploaded, click ‘Next’.

Step 21 - Check your details, then click ‘Next’

Step 22 - Once Level 2 is verified, your daily withdrawal limit will be USD$1,000,000.
